CMC is currently developing an on line registration data base once this is complete it will be possible for midwives to register on line and for employers of midwives to check that a current or future employee is properly registered with the Council.

Until that time midwives and employers can contact the relevant PMC where a midwife will be or is working to obtain the relevant information, telephone numbers for all PMC offices can be found in the ’useful information’ section of this website
